Admitted to the Bar in Wellington in 1967

Extensive experience in taking appeals from the District Licensing committees to the Liquor Licensing Authority and from there to the High Court and enjoy undertaking instructions which involve appearances before the Liquor Licensing Authority and appeals from that Tribunal. Have been imvolved in some of the leading cases emanating from such appearances.

Over the past 6 years or so have been successful in representing applicants for contested on and off - licences in all but a very few cases. I will represent you where there are objections to your licence application to the very best of my ability to achhieve the best result.

A member of the Criminal Bar Association

Wide and extensive experience in criminal Law over the intervening years in Wellington, Auckland, Sydney and Rarotonga.

Involved in many successful aquittals on charges ranging from murder and drug matters through to fraud and serious assault prosecututions.

Will use my knowledge and experience to achieve the best result.

Willing to travel to any town or court in New Zealand to represent client in serious cases.
